Welcome to the Kaspar Companies! |
Beginning
in 1895, August Kaspar, our founder, used smooth wire, discarded with the coming
of barbed wire to Texas, to make corn shuck baskets and horse muzzles.
Today, 100 years later, our company manufactures thousands of wire, tubing and
sheetmetal products, grill guards and electrocoagulation or heavy metal treatment
systems. The world's largest manufacturer of coin-operated newspaper
racks, Kaspar Wire Works uses state-of-the art machinery in all aspects of its
operation, employs more than 800 people and occupies more than 500,000 square
feet in the small rural Texas town of Shiner. With our growth and our
proud history, we maintain the principals of our founder and the three
generations that follow his commitments....Quality, Integrity, and Service.

Kaspar Sho-Rack provides coin-operated and free-vend newspaper racks, mechanical and electronic coin
mechanisms, periodical display racks, in-store fixturing and store counter displays to the publishing industry.
Sho-Rack Service Centers also offer used newsracks and honorvends, factory closeouts, and complete refurbishing

Kaspar Custom Fab
offers precision sheet metal fabrication and wire products. Our broad range of
production equipment offers a wide range of capabilities in design and
manufacturing of sheet metal, wire and tubing products, as well as cutting,
forming, stamping, welding, electroplating, powder coating and high quality silk
screening. Our integrated services can provide a solution to your needs!
Kaspar Die & Tool offers design and machining services for forming, stamping, progressive, coil-feed and other high-volume production tooling for metal, plastic, leather, and cloth manufacturers.

KASELCO designs, manufactures and
